About the Position: This position is located at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Direct administrative operation for assigned clinical communities to enhance service line efficiency and care delivery.
- →Support the preparation and implementation of healthcare-related taskings, ensuring alignment with clinic-wide operational goals.
- →Implement and enforce template and scheduling processes in accordance with Military Health System standard processes.
- →Oversee work performed by Medical Support Assistants ensuring they adhere to requirements.
- →Support the development and implementation of patient care delivery processes to ensure compliance.
- →Plan and assign work, set priorities, establish work schedules, and provide ongoing technical oversight to ensure mission requirements are met.
