About the Position: This position is located at Defense Health Network Pacific Rim, Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA Directorate of Administration, Patient Relations . Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for the Patient Relations Department, conducts surveys, complies data, statistics and analyzes the data results for periodic reports.
- →Works to train/re-train personnel, and establish/refine to maximize efficiency in support of clinic operations.
- →Maintains liaison with higher echelons staff in Patient Administration, Chairmen of departments, Executive and Commanding Officers, other offices at Naval Medical Center and the Administrative section.
- →Assists in the monitoring of the quality of care and works in conjunction to correct problems.
- →Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of all non-personnel contracts, ensuring maximum value for the government.
- →Supervised employees may include Federal civilian employees, federal military or uniformed service employees, volunteers or other noncontractor personnel.
- →Assigns work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
