About the Position: This position is located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Directorate of Referral Management Clinical Support Division, Fort Campbell, Tennessee. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the principal assistant to the Chief of the Clinical Support Division.
- →Provide supervisory and administrative guidance to subordinate staff.
- →Manage the section's budget and establishes priorities for needed personnel, services, supplies, equipment and allocation of available funds.
- →Develop and implements local internal personnel management policies for all employees in the department Coordinate clinical support activities with other hospital departments, division chiefs, and external organizations to ensure integrated, effective patient care and support.
- →Support medical readiness requirements, contingency planning, and the facility's ability to meet its mission.
