About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center, Director for DMS, Primary Care Clinics at Fort Belvoir, VA. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 0730-1630 This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as Practice Manager.
- →Direct and oversee enterprise scheduling and template management activities to improve patient access and optimize clinic performance.
- →Oversees the use of MHS GENESIS and enterprise analytics platforms to monitor clinic performance and support data-driven operational decisions.
- →Oversees resource management and budget execution.
- →Supervises Medical Support Assistant (MSA) staff by planning and assigning work.
