About the Role
This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Offices of Hearings and Inquiries (OHI). As a Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist (Division Director), GS-0107-15, you will serve as first-level supervisor and Division Director, who leads a staff responsible for implementing the use of information technology and data systems in the Marketplace appeals process.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinates all aspects of the Division's work by leading a diverse team of health insurance specialists, program analysts, and IT specialists.
- →Manages program administration, contracts, budgets, schedules, risks, operational priorities, and leads the development and execution of project plans.
- →Oversee the systems used to receive, evaluate, and resolve Marketplace eligibility appeals for MAG and CMS.
