This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), Marketplace Eligibility and Enrollment Group (MEEG), Division of Offline Verifications & Operations (DOVO). As a Supervisory Health Insurance Specialist, GS-0107-14, you will provide leadership and direction for eligibility support operations within the Federally-Facilitated Marketplace (FFM).
What You'll Do
- →Provide performance feedback to the contractor who runs day-to-day operations of Data Matching Issues.
- →Troubleshoot policy and operational issues and resolve them on behalf of the staff and contractor.
- →Guide staff on appropriate responses to audit findings and reports.
- →Provide management guidance to staff and support the Director on administrative responsibilities as needed.
- →Assist the Director on budget formulation as needed.
