This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located with the Directorate of Public Works at Presidio of Monterey, CA.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as Chief, Engineer Division, providing a full range of real property and facilities design engineering, construction, maintenance, energy conservation, and related engineering services for the Garrison.
- →Evaluates effectiveness of subordinate operations through review and analysis of appropriate production reports and inspections.
- →Determines causes of unfavorable trends and variations.
- →Directs establishment and implementation of internal policies and operating procedures and control systems.
