This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. What You'll Do
- →Develop projects, schedules, and budgetary estimates and assures suspense requirements are met.
- →Plan, direct, and coordinate the reports on construction status, design requirements, funding, and progress/schedules.
- →Identify work delays and facilitate their resolution.
- →Interpret and confirm established policies, regulatory guides, and accepted architect/engineering practices.
