A successful candidate in this position will support the NNSA Y-12 Field Office (YFO) Assistant Manager for Operations Management, providing oversight of the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN.
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory General Engineer Physical Scientist you will: Responsible for management of oversight of nuclear safety, production, and engineering (e.g. chemical, nuclear, industrial) functions.
- →Responsible for assisting in the management of organization deliverables.
- →Provide continuous improvement and excellence in all nuclear safety, maintenance, and engineering activities.
- →Also interprets and manages policies and requirements.
- →Oversight of high hazard operations in the nuclear facility or nuclear weapon assembly and nuclear manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- ✓Subject to Random Drug Testing Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- ✓Favorable suitability determination required.
- ✓Financial Disclosure is required.
- ✓Must be able to obtain/maintain a Q level Security Clearance.
- ✓You must be a United States Citizen.
