You will supervise nonsupervisory employees assigned to the organization. You will be considered a functional expert for the organization in general engineering assignments concerning project management and asset management and you will provide leadership in planning and executing.
What You'll Do
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time.
- →Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the organization, ensuring that engineering work complies with legal and regulatory requirement and goal and objectives that integrate organization and engineering objectives.
- →Perform multidisciplinary professional engineering work.
- →Represent the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
