What You'll Do
- →Serves as the Branch Chief for Engineering Branch in the Facility Sustainment Directorate, covering a specific of service (Air Force, Army, Navy, USMC, Space Force, or Coast Guard) or the Engineering Technical Branch.
- →Serves as the project and construction manager for directly responsible for the accomplishment of assigned major Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) and construction projects within an area Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- →Supervises Branch personnel as first-level supervisor.
- →Oversees a wide variety of support services unique to DLA Energy which involves travel to provide support to assigned Defense Fuel Support Points (DFSPs).
- →Provides and advocates appropriate recognition and feedback for employee performance and contribution, using the full range honorary and monetary awards.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.

- ✓GRADUATE EDUCATION: One academic year of graduate education is considered to be the number of credits hours that your graduate school has determined to represent one academic year of full-time study.
- ✓Such study may have been performed on a full-time or part-time basis.
- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
