The primary purpose of this position is to provide continuity in the management of the 902d Civil Engineer functions. The employee serves as the Deputy Senior Civil Engineer for the 902 Civil Engineer Squadron, an organization of 258 authorizations, assisting the 902d Squadron Commander with the full scope of responsibility for managing the activities of the organization.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the organization. 2.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. 3.
- →Makes a periodic, comprehensive assessment and evaluation of program goals/objectives which provide a basis for long-range planning to enhance the organization's management support capabilities. 4.
- →Represents the 502d CEG as the JBSA-RND Deputy Senior Civil Engineer Site Lead for JBSA-Randolph AFB for installation infrastructure and sustainment support. 5.
- →Assists with the development and execution of the Fire, Emergency Management, Explosive Ordnance budgets, and preparation of planning, programming, and budgeting system (PPBS) documentation in support of environmental and engineering planning.
