This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service's (NMFS) Headquarter's and Regional Offices [Greater Atlantic Regional Fisheries Office (GARFO); Southeast Regional Office (SERO); West Coast Region (WCR); and Office of Protected Resources (OPR)], with vacancies in each listed location.
What You'll Do

- →As a Supervisory Fish and Wildlife Administrator, you will perform the following duties: Supervise and manage personnel in setting organizational objectives, delegating work, developing plans, supporting personnel needs, addressing concerns, and structuring long-term staffing needs.
- →Provide strategic program guidance in the development and execution of short and long-range projects supporting the implementation of natural resource management policies, such as the Endangered Species Act, the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation Management Act, and the Marine Mammal Protection Act, etc.
- →Serve as an office representative in coordination with internal and external partners to help inform Federal decision-making in conserving, recovering and protecting living marine resources and their habitats.

Requirements
- ✓This position will be filled under the DOC Alternative Personnel System (CAPS).
- ✓Under CAPS, positions are classified by career, pay plan, and pay band.
- ✓The ZP-5 is equivalent to the GS-15.
- ✓Key Requirements: Applicants must be U.S.
- ✓Suitable for Federal employment, as determined by background investigation.
