The primary purpose of this position is to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Resource Management Section of the Force Support Squadron. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring financial service operations and establishing internal accounting controls.
What You'll Do
- →- Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Resource Management Section.
- →Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and resource management objectives - Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors - Represents the Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations - Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for financial operations to ensure services and functions are in line with organizational goals and mission requirements
