About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Assistant Secretary of Navy (FM&C) of ASN.
What You'll Do
- →You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provide recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
- →You will promulgate approved financial management policies within the organization based on DON policy, and develop and issue implementing procedures.
- →You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in querying and analyzing data from the Program Budget Information System (PBIS).
- →You will spearhead the strategic programming and budgeting life cycle for 20 Secretariat Activities through comprehensive planning and execution.
- →You will serve as the primary functional expert on critical funding and requirement processes while managing a complex portfolio of Secretariat functions.
- →You will provide authoritative analysis and reporting to directly influence senior leadership and external stakeholders, establishing you as a key advisor in resolving significant resourcing challenges.
- →You will guide team members to success and provide expert counsel on the impacts of financial decisions to safeguard mission capabilities while shaping the future of the organization.
