About the Role
You will serve as a Supervisory Facility Planner in the Public Works Directorate of NAVSUPPACT NAPLES.
What You'll Do
- →You will supervise assigned planning staff and serve as the Facilities Engineering Command's central point of contact and subject matter expert to oversee accurate, timely and complete shore facility planning across the command and region.
- →You will use a depth of facility planning knowledge and experience to evaluate program requirements, operations, and functional problems.
- →You will be responsible for the leadership and overall supervision and management of shore facility planning personnel.
- →You will balance multiple project and priorities, producing or overseeing the production of various facilities planning products and services within the Area of Responsibility.
- →You will assure the diverse requirements at each project stage are sufficiently developed to provide recommendations to decision makers based on sound courses of action analyses.
- →You will assure all technical issues, administrative requirements and schedules are met.
Requirements
- ✓No basic education requirements.
- ✓ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ICTAP Applicants: To be considered well-qualified and exercise selection priority as an ICTAP candidate, displaced Federal employees must satisfy all qualification requirements for the position and receive a rating in the highly qualified category (score 85) or higher.

- ✓The NATO Status of Forces Agreement prohibits employment in the U.S.
- ✓Civilian Component in a host nation of any person who holds dual citizenship of the U.S. and the host nation.
- ✓For example: A person who holds both Italian and U.S. citizenship may not be employed in the U.S.
- ✓Civilian Component in Italy; however, that person is not prohibited by the NATO Status of Forces Agreement from employment in the U.S. civilian Component in another NATO host nation of which (s)he does not hold citizenship.
