What You'll Do
- →You will serve as Director of the Facilities Management Division (FMD).
- →You will serve as the subject matter expert for Facility Support Contracts, Real Property Management, and Public Works products and services.
- →You will provide authoritative advice and assistance to program managers, Regional Engineers, installation commanders, Public Works personnel, and other personnel.
- →You will conduct briefings, respond to official inquiries, and act to obtain needed information, assistance, clearances, permits, etc.
- →You will be responsible for continuous process improvements, personnel skills, equipment and facilities use and replacement, and the development and marketing of better maintenance and contracting services.
- →You will provide oversight for the development of long-term facilities requirement plans, site planning, and project development.
- →You will formulate budget requirements to implement improvements and cost saving procedures in operations.
- →You will plan, budget, direct, and coordinate Public Works services.
- →You will direct personnel and provide technical coordination and integration of work, goals, and objectives.
- →You will supervise and evaluate subordinate personnel to ensure reasonable equity of performance standards and rating techniques.
- →You will perform other duties as they are assigned.
