You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for technical and repair support of diversified and complex shipboard radar systems.
- →You will investigate, analyze, and recommend corrective actions for problems pertaining to installation, maintenance, and repair of assigned shipboard combat systems.
- →You will establish and maintain liaison with other commands for coordination of efforts and support.
- →You will interpret various specifications, requirements or directives.
- →You will plan work, set priorities and approve work schedules.
- →You will develop new positions descriptions and develop ranking factors.
- →You will manage branch finances to ensure proper utilization and preclude over expenditures.
- →You will review reports prepared by technical personnel to ensure compliance with administrative and procedural requirements.
