About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN in the ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT (200) of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.

- →You will have knowledge of advanced management principles to direct and supervise a diverse workforce that includes engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- →You will serve as the recognized expert for Satellite Communications, with a thorough understanding of fleet maintenance, modernization regulations, and pertinent Navy and DOD technical and administrative policies.
- →You will demonstrate expert skill in analyzing complex situations, developing recommendations, and creating detailed briefing reports.
- →You will have practical skills to analyze performance, identify weaknesses, and propose solutions.
- →You will have knowledge of audit methodologies and budget processes to manage mission financial controls.
