About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Incumbent will serve as a Supervisory Detective located at Fort Irwin, CA
What You'll Do
- →Conduct complete investigations of alleged criminal offenses perpetrated by offenders for violations of Federal, state, county, and DA statues, laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations.
- →Investigate theft or damage to government or private property, assault, shoplifting, adultery, unlawful entry, or any other kind of violations.
- →Use special techniques and equipment to collect and preserve fragile or minute evidence when processing the crime scene.
- →Maintain surveillance over suspected persons or areas which experience a high incident of crime.
- →Supervise subordinate detectives and military police personnel.
- →Assign investigative tasks for completion by subordinates and directly supervises the completion of investigative or other law enforcement related tasks.
