About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Fort Campbell, Tennesee, BLANCHFIELD Medical Treatment Facility. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Provide supervision to assigned professional and paraprofessional employees.
- →Provide individual, couple, family, and/group psychological counseling utilizing a variety of treatment modalities.
- →Coordinate with a variety of agencies to assist with the multidisciplinary treatment of patients.
- →Establish performance standards for employee.
- →Prepare performance appraisals for subordinate employees.
- →Provide healthcare to adolescent, children, and adult patient populations.
