What You'll Do
- →You will direct personnel and administrative functions for all business and industry efforts, including work induction, contract support, funds administration, planning and estimating, work scheduling, and material management.
- →You will oversee complex government industrial programs, managing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring strict compliance with federal acquisition and fiscal regulations.
- →You will analyze industrial processes, programmatic workflows, and business operations to drive efficiencies.
- →You will lead the implementation of continuous process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
- →You will lead quantitative and qualitative analyses of schedule, cost, and quality performance.
- →You will identify program improvement opportunities and advise senior management on recommendations.
- →You will manage all personnel and administrative functions for the division, including planning and assigning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, developing employees, making hiring decisions, and promoting team building.
