About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Supervisory Budget Analyst at multiple civil works projects that may include hydro-electric generation, navigation, natural resources, recreation, fish facilities and appurtenant features.
What You'll Do
- →Analyze trends and developments in the project budget execution and develop recommendations concerning the operations of the project mission, including funding priorities, and workload management, program management and activities.
- →Serve as primary point of contact for all matters concerning funding and funds control for relevant portions of the above mentioned appropriations.
- →Coordinate with Project Managers within NWP and those activities providing funding through Customer Orders for allocation of funds that have immediate and projected impacts on executing Operation Division's mission.
- →Provide assistance and guidance for consolidation, evaluation and input of the Project's annual Operating Budget into CEFMS.
- →Provide the full range of supervisory duties for a group of budget analysts and technicians.
