- →This position starts at a salary of $143,913.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $187,093.00 (GS-14, Step 10) with promotion potential to $187,093 (GS-14 Step 10).

- →Typical duties include: Allocating funds to individual units based on an analysis of organization budget estimates, historical expenditures, projected workload, and approved funding.
- →Performing a wide variety of administrative and analytical duties.
- →Serving as an expert advisor and manager providing planning, financial and technical leadership for the execution of the Office of Finance (OF) budgets and inter/intra agency agreements.
- →Analyzing data for reasonableness and consistency of estimates, adequacy of justification, and compliance with prescribed laws, policies, regulations, and priorities.
- →Planning overall work operations, setting priorities, identifiying short- and long-range goals, establishes objectives, makes decisions on work issues presented by subordinate staff and collaborates with management of other activities to negotiate, decide on, and coordinate funding-related changes affecting other activities.
- →Evaluating subordinates' performance, provides advice, counsel, instructions to subordinates on work and administrative matters, and provides technical guidance to subordinates regarding the work.
