What You'll Do
- →This position will allow you to use your expertise to prevent illegal entry of aliens into the United States by land, water, or air; enforce criminal provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Laws; and seek out and apprehend smugglers or aliens who are in the United States illegally.

- →This position starts at a salary of $129,258.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $168,040.00 (GS-14, Step 10).
- →As a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent (PAIC), you will serve as a secondary administrative law enforcement officer (under 5 U.S.C. 8331 (20) and 8412 (d) and be responsible for: Directing Station operations to prevent the illegal entry of noncitizens into the U.S.
- →Seeking out and apprehend terrorists, migrant smugglers, and those noncitizens who entered the U.S. illegally.
- →Developing and Implementing Station policies and guidelines within the framework of broad program objectives established at the Sector level.
- →Developing the Station's priorities and oversees the development and implementation of goals and objectives for several program segments through subordinate supervisors.
- →Directing Station-wide intelligence and interdiction activities, both foreign and domestic, involving the collection, correlation, evaluation, and dissemination of intelligence information gained through operations, informants, and liaison development programs.
