What You'll Do
- →This position serves as Chief, Foundations Branch for the Defense Contract Audit Institute (DCAI) and requires excellent attention to detail, problem solving and political astuteness skills Directs, executes and evaluates auditing courses to ensure DCAA audit training requirements are met.
- →Exercises both technical and administrative direction to professional auditors.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities and develops employees, responsible for the training and certification of the course manager, trains subordinate course managers, and conducts quarterly in-class evaluations.
- →Portfolio for the Foundations Branch include the new hire training curriculum, intern training and development, and all other audit foundational courses and programs.
- →Ensures courses address all audit program areas to include GAGAS, DCAA Contract Audit Manual, DoW Financial Management Certification, and DAWIA standards and policies.
Requirements
- ✓Must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen as verified through E-Verify Program.
- ✓Drug Testing: You will be subject to random drug testing.
- ✓Background Investigation: All selectees will be subject to a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
- ✓You must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility at the Top Secret level.
- ✓Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience: There is no substitution of education for experience at this grade level.
