The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise first level supervisory and managerial authority over the Airman and Family Readiness Center assigned to the 432 Support Squadron. Serve as consultant to commanders and installation level leadership on matters related to personal and family readiness. Continued in Duties Section.
What You'll Do
- →Continued Position Summary: Provide a wide range of work/life services to units and their leadership on individual, family and community issues to develop resilient, ready Airmen.
- →Duties: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Airman and Family Readiness Center.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for Airman and Family Readiness programs to ensure operations are in line with regulatory and fiscal requirements, support goals, and mission requirements.
