The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Deputy Chief, Aircrew Stan/Eval & Readiness Division in the Directorate of Operations at a major command (MAJCOM), sharing with the Division Chief the full scope of responsibility for directing the activities of the Division and, in the chief's absence, possesses the same authority and prerogatives.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Aircrew Standardization and Evaluation Division.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors.
- →Represents HQ AMC Directorate of Operations with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →As the Deputy, technical advisor and expert, manages the development of operational and technical procedures and directs the development of evaluation criteria for aircrew mission efficiency.
- →As the Deputy and senior technical advisor plans, organizes, and carries through to completion analytical studies involving the substance of key AF global air mobility standardization and evaluation programs.
