You will be responsible for supervising Trade and Support Management staffs. Specific assignments include supervision of many Phytosanitary Issues Management (PIM) staff activities, oversight over trade management issues and critical phytosanitary projects, and public outreach on PIM mission and activities.
What You'll Do
- →The duties may include, but are not limited to: Serves as central information point for assigned short-term critical issues within APHIS, USDA, Interagency, and the public.
- →Develops and/or edits reports for the program Director relating to program activities, reports, accomplishments, and strategic planning.
- →Supervises and provides guidance to Trade Directors on trade and negotiation strategy.
- →Develops and/or edits reports for the program Director relating to program activities, reports, accomplishments, and strategic planning.
- →Serves as liaison with industry and states to identify potential export trade issues.
- →Oversees and participates in outreach efforts, such as stakeholder meeting engagements with U.S.
