You will serve as a ACQUISITION SUPPORT BRANCH, BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIVISION, BUSINESS DIRECTORATE of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
What You'll Do
- →You will function as the Branch Supervisor and as a manager for department contracting functions carried out in the Business Operations Division in support of the multiple complex combat systems and weapons programs supported by the Command.
- →You will oversee business contracts and support services to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective project execution.
- →You will ensure all business processes comply with organizational policies, financial regulations, and fair workplace standards.
- →You will collaborate with technical experts, legal counsel, and business partners to resolve complex project challenges.
- →You will regularly brief executive leaders and program stakeholders on financial status, administrative risks, and progress.
- →You will lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of procurement and administrative specialists to improve overall performance.
