You will serve as a Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the ACQUISITION SUPPORT BRANCH, BUSINESS OPERATIONS DIVISION, BUSINESS DIRECTORATE of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Technical Contracting Analyst for the multiple programs and perform as a Department Contracts Coordinator (DCC) overseeing Contracting Officer's Representatives (COR).
- →You will direct and assure the work assigned to the team will be successfully accomplished by performing duties and responsibilities identified.
- →You will perform coaching, facilitating, mentoring duties, and recommend technical training for assigned CORs.
- →You will resolve simple, informal complaints of employees and will work with the Chain of Command to resolve more persistent problems.
- →You will assist Department management in formulating contract strategy; collect information and presents to leadership such as procurement costs, schedules, quality and mission attainment.
- →You will create and lead standing and ad hoc teams to carry out recurring and emergent contract-related tasks; organize, prepare, schedule and coordinate program management contract planning and execution reviews and related events.
