What You'll Do
- →You will execute short-term production plans and schedules to maintain output and technical effectiveness.
- →You will coordinate daily work planning, monitor shop goals, and provide direct technical guidance to work leaders and employees on the shop floor.
- →You will monitor the daily life-cycle of industrial operations, ensuring project management policies and directions are implemented at the deck-plate level.
- →You will facilitate operational briefings and milestone reviews to validate documentation and assess schedule adherence.
- →You will work closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure daily shop operations meet the schedule, budget, and resource requirements for product delivery.
- →You will execute full-spectrum personnel administration for your branch, including assigning work, evaluating performance, managing incentives, enforcing policies, and cultivating a safety-oriented industrial culture.
- →You will perform other duties as assigned.
