You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the BUSINESS & FINANCIAL MGMT-PAC 80R10 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as principle business and financial advisor to the respective Division and Department Heads supported by this BFM Division.
- →You will manage, coach, mentor, supervise and technically lead a team of 1.2 competency financial personnel in a Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) environment.
- →You will participate in business and financial reviews that measure performance against plans, objectives, resources and expenditures and make recommendations based on analysis and evaluations of financial data.
- →You will assess the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization and implements business and financial policies and procedures in the development, coordination, and management of Sponsor and Center data calls.
