About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Naval Base Point loma, San Diego. Recruitment or relocation incentives MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Advanced Leave Accrual MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Advanced In-Hire MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Monitor patients' progress and adjusts treatment plans/counseling strategies when indicated.
- →Conduct bio-psychosocial assessment according to a specified guideline through clinical interviews and integration of patient historical data, other treatment team assessments and pertinent data.
- →Participate as a member of the Inter-disciplinary Treatment Team.
- →Attend all required clinical supervision sessions.
- →Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with facility accreditation standards.
- →Maintain the skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served within the designated work area.
