About the Role

This position is located at Fort Riley, KS. Child and Youth Services (CYS) Employee Childcare Fee applicable to employees working at least 15 hours per week: First Child: 100% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Second and Subsequent Child: 25% childcare fee discount (all CYS employees) Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve and maintain quality standards to include national accreditation.
  • Develops on-going time-lines to ensure program practices support Army CYS and national accreditation standards.
  • Responsible for the operation, integration, coordination, and oversight of installation CYS Sports and Fitness Program: Team Sports, Individual Sports, Fitness and Health.
  • Applies professional knowledge to plan, implement, and supervise a comprehensive program that promotes positive growth and development of children and youth.
  • Oversee yearly budget and month to month execution of CYS funding in relation to execution of available funds or reduction in spending based on program priorities.
  • Ensures accurate prompt customer service

Requirements

  • General Education courses do not count toward the credit total.
