- →The United States Space Force (USSF) 4th Intelligence Analysis Squadron at NSIC at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH is searching for a Space MASINT Outreach and Integration Specialist (GG-0132-12).
- →This position is covered by the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS).
- →For additional information about DCIPS, click here: https://dcips.defense.gov/ Description: The 4th Intelligence Analysis Squadron at NSIC is seeking a collaborative Space MASINT Outreach and Integration Specialist to strengthen connections between the Space MASINT Flight and its expanding customer base.
- →In this role, you will support external engagements by delivering tailored briefings, showcasing the flight's cutting-edge capabilities, and helping interested stakeholders understand how tools can support their mission needs.
- →You will organize, track, and manage allied, contractor, and commercial programs to further Space MASINT tradecraft and capabilities.
- →Operating with significant autonomy, your day-to-day focus will center on customer coordination, briefing preparation, and capability advocacy.
- →By serving as an active bridge between internal technical specialists and customer communities, you will communicate data format needs and data distribution pathways during the new sensor development requirements process, supporting NSIC's Space MASINT enterprise architecture and driving the growth of the flight's capabilities across the space intelligence community.
- →Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution or an equivalent level of professional experience, with a strong background in technical coordination, briefing, or intelligence integration.
- →Candidates should possess at least three to five years of experience within the intelligence community-preferably within the space domain or MASINT disciplines-with a firm grasp of space surveillance concepts, sensor capabilities (radar, optical, infrared), and data integration.
- →The successful candidate must be a confident communicator with experience developing and delivering technical briefings to diverse audiences, including operational customers, external mission partners, and leadership.
- →Key to this role is the ability to translate complex Space MASINT concepts into clear narratives, build constructive relationships with customer organizations, and advocate for flight capabilities across the broader defense enterprise.
- →Key Skills and Abilities: 1.
- →Knowledge of intelligence community policies, entities, missions, resources, operations, capabilities and requirements to perform intelligence research and operations planning, collection, target analysis and/or other intelligence-related activities. 2.
- →Knowledge of the principles, concepts and methodologies of intelligence operations, research, analysis and integration; and skill in analysis/production of reports and other products in response to the specific needs of customers to include formulating, gathering, organizing and analyzing information; resolving conflicts; and presenting clear and concise findings. 3.
