About the Role
About the Position: The position is located at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the installation clinical social work subject matter expert (SME) by providing consultation to the installation leadership and military treatment facility.
- →Determine appropriate treatment modalities and interventions for mental health well-being and mission readiness.
- →Conduct clinical intake interviews with patients.
- →Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team in formulating and implementing treatment plans.
- →Conduct psychoeducational training on topics related to clinical social work, mental health and other emotional and behavioral conditions within the clinic and operational units.
- →Provide training to mental health staff to include mental health technician, interns and residents in regard to conducting intake evaluations.
- →Collaborate on special programs with local, state, and Federal partners to evaluate, enhance and improve service delivery.
