About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital on Fort Campbell, Tennessee. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Provide follow-up, coordination, and supportive care for a caseload of high-risk soldiers.
- →Participate in psycho-educational or support groups as needed.
- →Serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary mental health team to implement and monitor treatment plans.
- →Assist clinical providers by managing referrals and resources.
- →Educate soldiers about mental health conditions and how to access services.
- →Document all patient interactions in the patient's electronic medical record.
