You will serve as a SHOP SUBSAFE DIRECTOR in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as shop quality control personnel, training leader, and technical expert on the SUBSAFE/re-entry control (REC) instructions.
- →You will serve as a consultant and authority to higher level management on SUBSAFE policy and procedures.
- →You will assess program documentation and system equipment design and, when necessary, formulate alternative support concepts to achieve SUBSAFE program objectives.
- →You will identify SUBSAFE program and planning execution problems and develop and implement corrective action plans to adjust operations to facilitate adequate support.
- →You will conduct follow-up review to ensure implementation of recommendations and analyze the effectiveness and impact of recommendations issued to correct problems.
