You will serve as a SHIP SAFETY SPECIALIST in the Operations Department (C300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the execution of Ships Safety Program on projects and for the safe execution of nuclear and non-nuclear work.
- →You will assist with managing assigned area of responsibilities of the project, including planning, engineering, production, and testing.
- →You will conduct daily tours of hull and ensure all Fire Zone Boundaries, topside, and escape hatches are operational and checked.
- →You will oversee casualty response drills.
- →You will provide recommendations to Project Management team in the areas of Industrial Ship and Fire Safety.
- →You will control the ships conditions at the working level in the Shipyard and Off-Station.
- →You will maintain safety program goals and actions to achieve the goals in regard to ship safety.
