About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to monitor and schedule required training through Training Support System (TSS) both classroom and computer based, to include health and safety programs and physicals, and input data into Production Acceptance Certification (PAC). Incumbent also performs duties of aircraft sheet metal mechanic.
What You'll Do
- →Assist immediate supervisor in the identification, development and execution of task specific training for proficiency criteria required for Production Acceptance Certification (PAC).
- →Monitors, schedules and enters employee training through Training Support System (TSS), and tracks employee task certification in PAC to inform supervisor of manpower capability.
- →Incumbent performs duties of aircraft sheet metal mechanic.
- →Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- →Works with hazardous materials and/or generates waste.
