About the Role
You will serve as a SENIOR LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the INTEGRATION & SUSTAINMENT DIVISION at the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-14. This position has a control point equivalent to the GS-13 step 10 level.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Logistics Management Specialist (LMS) and Logistics Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the technical execution of all logistics functions.
- →You will influence system design and provide effective, timely product support capabilities that drive effective, best-value product support planning and execution.
- →You will lead the integrated logistics strategy to ensure on-cost, on-schedule, and on-performance delivery of support to the fleet.
- →You will direct cradle-to-grave logistics planning and execution across all 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to ensure long-term material readiness for Expeditionary Combat Forces You will ensure the proper utilization of government funds in the execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) plans.
