About the Role
You will serve as a SECRETARY (OA) in the ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-12941807-26-CVM. Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.
What You'll Do
- →You will receive and control incoming correspondence, maintain files, requisition supplies utilizing ServMart and Government Purchase Card accounts, reserve meeting rooms, and process timekeeping.
- →You will locate and assemble information for various reports, briefings, conferences, etc., and follow up with staff members to ensure that various commitments made at conferences and meetings are met.
- →You will design, organize, and maintain the filing systems; plan and arrange the maintenance and preparation of information needed for budget reports and organize the flow of the clerical process in office.
- →You will assist in the preparation, assembly and typing of Branch reports which follow stringent deadlines and ensure that each are mailed in a timely manner.
- →You will make travel arrangements, set up meetings and conferences and prepare temporary additional duty (TAD) orders for the Branch based request information.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: I have successfully completed at least four full academic years of education above high school OR I have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
