About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Regular Part-Tme and will be assigned to the Maxwell Outdoor Recreation Activity.
What You'll Do
- →The purpose of this position is to provide support and assistance to patrons of ITT activity by selling tickets for local, in-state and national attractions, theme parks and events for our Military and their family.
- →This position may also function as a Travel Advisor issuing airline, hotel,and cruise tour packages.
- →Sell over the counter and internet based tickets from Local and National Attraction Theme Parks.
- →Provides information on local amusements and general tourist information.
- →Responsible for and maintains personal allotment of tickets.
- →Orders tickets from management when needed, maintains daily ticket inventory log for accountability.
- →Collects money through cash, check and charges.
- →Issues receipt for all sales.
- →Prepares daily individual Cashier's Report at the end of shift.
- →Completes end of month inventory for all tickets under their responsibility.
- →May be asked to perform as a Travel Advisor issuing airline, cruise and resort packages through on line resrevation. resources.
- →Keeps supervisor advised of any major or unusual problems which may arise during tour of duty.
- →Replenishes brochures on racks and orders when out of stock.
- →Ensures work environment is clean; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping of floors, wiping down all glass areas.
Requirements

- ✓FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
- ✓You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
