What You'll Do
- →You will provide a variety of information about and responds to questions from customers regarding base and local recreation and tour programs, facilities, activities and scheduled events.
- →You will contact and schedule customer reservations for use of various recreational tours, programs or facilities.
- →You will assist the customers with reservations, and check in/out procedures for recreational lodging.
- →You will advise customers on the use of cottages.
- →You will issue and receive keys and supplies for patrons.
- →You will report customers maintenance condition/status to supervisor.
Requirements
- ✓If education is used to meet specialized experience requirements, then such education must include courses directly related to the work of the position.
- ✓(When crediting education, prorate the number of hours of related courses required as a proportion of the total education to be used.)
