What You'll Do
- →NONAPPROPRIATED FUND POSITION DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Recreation Attendant WORKING TITLE: Recreation Attendant JOB SERIES: 0189 PAY LEVEL: NF-01 INTRODUCTION: This position is in the Bowling Program Section, Business Operations Branch, Marine Corps Community Services Division, MCB Camp S.
- →Butler, Okinawa, Japan.
- →The Bowling Program Section is responsible for a well-rounded physical fitness and leisure time program for all authorized patrons.
- →DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assigns patrons to lanes, issue bowling rental shoes, and collects rental fees.
- →Responsible for a change fund and the accountability of monies from sales.
- →Prepares accurate daily activity records, and other associated paperwork.
- →Assist customers with ¿Dispute and/or Jackpot¿ slot machine payouts, operates cash register for bowling fees and retail sales.
- →Operates the Qubica Automatic Bowling System for lane assignments, selection of bowling type and recording of bowling fees.
- →Answers telephone and makes bowling reservations.
- →Performs general cleaning of associated bowling equipment such as scoring table, seating, ball racks, floors, and restrooms.
- →Empties trash containers and removes trash from facility.
- →Assists mechanic with clearing routine machinery malfunctions such as pin jams and ball returns.
- →Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy.
- →Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.
