You will serve as a PURCHASE CARD PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR in the SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of CENINFOWARTRA PENSACOLA FL.
What You'll Do
- →You will delegate assignments to command and subordinate command card holders, provide training, and oversight to ensure the integrity of purchase card use.
- →You will maintain contractual files/financial records for audits.
- →You will ensure property disposal procedures are followed and required assets are sanitized prior to disposal.
- →You will manage government and contractor personnel performing inventory database maintenance.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
