This position provides administrative support to the Associate Chief of Staff for the Care in the Community (CITC) service at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The position and service are located at the Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center.
What You'll Do
- →Duties include but are not limited to: Researches and analyzes problems related to VA Community Care programs or initiatives as directed.
- →Compiles data from diverse sources, extracts and assembles information for reports or presentations.
- →Maintains calendar for Associate Chief of Staff and the Deputy Associate Chief of Staff for of Care in the Community Service.
- →Prepares agendas for meetings and compiles information for presentation at meetings when necessary.
- →Manages and prepares draft responses to a variety of correspondence in Office of Community Care and VA Community Care.
- →Meets the needs of customers (veterans, their representatives, visitors, and all VA staff) while supporting VA missions.
