The incumbent performs limited administrative and operational program analysis and support activities involving the evaluation of program effectiveness, development of policies and procedures, coordination of projects and initiatives, preparation of reports and recommendations, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve organizational operations and support mission objectives.
What You'll Do
- →Evaluates complex administrative and operational programs to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with organizational goals, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- →Develops and implements administrative policies, strategic action plans, and operational procedures to support program objectives and organizational initiatives.
- →Provides program planning and analytical support for organizational priorities involving workforce management, resource allocation, performance metrics, and operational requirements.
- →Analyzes the impact of new or revised regulations, policies, and administrative procedures and recommends improvements to program operations and management processes.
- →Leads and coordinates cross-functional projects and special initiatives involving multiple stakeholders to resolve complex program and administrative issues.
- →Prepares analytical reports, briefing materials, and recommendations for senior leadership to support executive decision-making, program implementation, and organizational improvements.
- →Monitors program activities and evaluates progress toward organizational goals and objectives by analyzing data, identifying problem areas, and recommending corrective actions.
- →Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop long-range management plans, improve administrative operations, and support mission-related program activities.
