You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the PAE Maritime, DPAE, MODERNIZATION & SUSTAINMENT / PMS 451 - DESTROYER MODERNIZATION 2.0 Program Office of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT
What You'll Do
- →You will act as the ACQUISITION LEAD for the DDG MODERNIZATION 2.0 Program.
- →You will serve as the principal advisor and recognized subject matter expert for Major Defense Acquisition Program-equivalent Adaptive Acquisition Framework requirements.
- →You will serve as a direct liaison to multiple stakeholder organizations across Congressional interest, DoD, Navy, and Industry, both internally and externally, to align priorities and requirements in support of acquisition and contracting plans.
- →You will provide overall management of acquisition review processes, lead development and strategic planning for all acquisition documentation, milestone reviews / program engagements, and all acquisition reporting requirements.
- →You will liaison with service-wide requirements officers, financial and budget analysts in support of program Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution.
- →You will lead development and evolution of the program independent cost estimates to inform acquisition documentation and annual budget submissions.
- →You will support comprehensive industrial base assessments considering impacts of surface Fleet schedules, modernization plans and acquisition strategies.
- →You will develop, coordinate, and execute all contracting related milestones, documentation, communications and solicitation requirements.
- →You will support industry engagements, competitive assessments, evaluate opportunities to align objectives across the surface ship modernization portfolio, and conduct market research.
